Lebron’s Heat Make it 25, Lebron-less Cavs Lose Again

And The Streak goes on…

LeBron James scored 29 points against the Pistons, leading the Heat to their 25th consecutive win.  This brings them to within 8 games of tying the 1971-1972 Lakers for the longest streak in NBA history.

James, however, keeps things in perspective.  ”We don’t get caught up in things like that, saying that we’re untouchable,” said James adding ”We know we can be beat by anybody, any night, if we don’t come in with the mindset to play our game.”

Meanwhile back in Cleveland, the Houston Rockets defeated the listless Cavs 116-78 resulting in the Cavs fifth straight loss.

Cavs owner, Dan Gilbert, could not be reached for comment.  Reportedly, he was huddled in a corner, weeping and listening to “It’s So Hard To Say Goodbye To Yesterday.”
