On Monday, District Court Judge Marianne B. Bowler, presided over the initial hearing of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the 19-year-old suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings. The hearing took place in Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, where Tsarnaev is recovering from injuries he sustained during a shootout with police in Watertown, MA last week.
