Nadalie Thomas and her kids were playing near Medicine Lake, Minnesota, when they heard and saw the phenomenon. According to meteorologist Jerrid Sebasta:

Matt Jones, a 28-year-old grocery store manager, shows his fruit slicing skills in this video that went viral this past week.
