United States Congresswoman Annie Kuster (D-NH) has a hard time paying her taxes, it appears. Kuster owes nearly $11,000 in back property taxes, and has struggled to keep up with her property tax bills on multiple New Hampshire properties. WMUR in New Hampshire looked into her finances and it is ugly.

Kuster has fought the Tax Man for the last three years, racking up over $40,000 in delinquencies on two properties, one in Hopkinton and another in the White Mountains. The New Hampshire Democrat has been delinquent six consecutive times on her primary residence.

According to Kuster’s personal disclosure forms, she has a net worth of roughly $1.8 million dollars, making the $11,000 tax bill a rather paltry sum. In addition, she is now drawing a Congressional salary of $174,000, or roughly 16 times her delinquent taxes.
