Representative Hank Johnson, a democrat from Georgia, has come out with yet another viral speech on the floor. In addition to giants versus midgets, he feared that Guam would tip over and capsize. Now he asks us to “Imagine a world without balloons.” Seriously Congressman, how many balloon puns can you fit into a minute and a half? A lot. That’s how many.

I’d make a joke here, but I am literally left without any puns.
