In what appears to be another public gaffe, CNN recently aired George Zimmerman‘s SSN and personal telephone number during its coverage of his trial.

A little after noon on Monday, the network broadcast a photocopy of a document that included Zimmerman’s home address, birthday, social security number, and phone number as the document was being presented to the jury in court.

CNN has not yet responded to requests for comment on the disclosure.

George Zimmerman is on trial for the spring 2012 murder of young Trayvon Martin, a case that has made national headlines for its controversial use of Florida’s ‘Stand Your Ground’ law.
