Apparently for Detroit, there’s no such thing as bad press.

When teenage phenom and repeat offender Justin Bieber’s tour bus crossed from Canada into the bankrupt city on Sunday, U.S. Customs officers found drug paraphernalia and pot onboard. Missing from the bus? The singer, who performed as scheduled later that night.

This isn’t the first run-in Bieber’s had with police: in April, members of the Stockholm, Sweden police department obtained a search warrant and found not only drugs onboard the Bieber bus, but a taser as well.
