Not once but twice this past week the Washington Nationals celebrated excellent pitching performances with Gatorade baptisms…of the brand new MASN sideline reporter Julie Alexandria.
First was on Thursday after Gio Gonzalez one-hit the powerful Cinicinnati Reds. Next was Friday when Jordan Zimmerman put up one of the most dominant performances of his career. However he didn’t even hang around for his own Gatorade bath — sprinting out of the way, letting Alexandria take the full load.
It couldn’t have happened to a nicer girl:
Plan or no plan, we can be sure that Miss Alexandria will not be wearing white to work at any point this year.
