We all knew it was coming.
The New York Times is reporting that Anthony Weiner has announced for a run for Mayor of New York City… officially… as expected.
Here’s his announcement in YouTube video just made public:
It’s a busy news-cycle for the country as a whole. Hiding under the constant coverage of the tragic tornado that ripped Moore, Oklahoma a part, President Barack Obama’s scandal-ridden DC, and coming after Mark Sanford’s redemptive run, it appears to be perfect timing for the disgraced former Congressman to make the bid.
