Frank Ocean planned to unveil his newest dig at Chris Brown in his song Versace during his Australian tour- but fate, it seems, had other plans.

Today Ocean, who has been in a much-publicized battle with Chris Brown since January, announced he has a small tear in his vocal cords and is canceling the remainder of his tour. Taking the stage on opening night, Ocean complained of a sore throat. Upon seeking medical help after the show, it was revealed the tear would require at least several weeks of vocal rest.

Maybe Chris Brown is more powerful than any of us thought…?
