In order for Jay-Z’s Roc Nation to become a full-fledged sports agency representing NBA clients, he will have to sell his stake in the Brooklyn Nets.

Already, Shawn Carter, better known as Jay-Z, sometimes known as HOVA, has partnered with Hollywood agency CAA and signed New York Yankee second baseman Robinson Cano. CAA will represent Cano under their CAA Sports group until Roc Nation is official.
