Just last hour, Boston Marathon bombing terrorist suspect, Dzhokar Tsarnaev, was read his legal rights and federal charges in front of a Magistrate. The charges for Tsarnaev are using a “weapon of mass destruction.”
White House Press Secretary Jay Carney stated, “He will not be treated as an enemy combatant. We will prosecute this terrorist through our civilian system of justice.”
