For kids who grew up in the 90′s, the Nickelodean channel was a staple in many homes. One of the most popular shows was a Canadian-American joint production of a horror/fantasy television series called “Are you Afraid of the Dark?”

The show centered around a group of teenagers who got together every week at a secret location in the woods, to share horror stories revolving around parnormal activity, ghosts, aliens, witches, vampires and other things that could make your skin crawl.

There were 91 episodes in the span of 7 years and Buzzfeed compiled a list of the top 20 scariest episodes from 1990-2000. Having been a big fan of the show myself, I agree!
